Catering Only Steamed Goodies

 Food catering business owners had a heavy fall during Covid time. Now, many are building their site, finding new clients and dusting old customers to get back to the groove. 

How about finding a niche  in Steamed foods!

We have mostly oil based snacks in the market. What about selling momos or kozhukattas or puttu type of items. So, just as a fancy idea a shop can make

1. Kada infused puttu
2. Ragi puttu
3. Jackfruit puttu
4. Fish and puttu 
5. Prawns puttu
6. Corn puttu
7. Puttu and mussels ( might be my fav)
8. Diabetic friendly puttu

What do you say about this plan? I guess there are many momo stores in Trivandrum and they can put a banner outside their store saying that they will undertake party orders and also set up a mom counter for large weddings.
